Great blow dry and Ellis is an amazing stylist. Will definitely return!

The stylist didn’t speak to me once during the appointment other than at the beginning to ask what I wanted. I asked her to touch up roots and generally brighten my blonde, however my brown roots are still very much there as the stylist decided to do a ‘balayage’, which I didn’t ask for or want. I also paid for a ‘luxury’ head massage which lasted about 10 seconds, not very luxury… the salon was lovely and I imagine others would love it here but overall I am not happy with my experience.
