Sadly the colour put on my hair was completely wrong. I tried to raise it but was told it was the lighting. Not a good experience and expensive too. Won’t be returning. A refund would have been expected for such a poor job. I’m current paying my regular hairdresser extra to put it right.

Before washing and cutting my hair, Ava asked me a few questions to understand what I was looking for and gave me some advice. She was knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job with the haircut. Thank you!

Expensive for a rushed job - hair was immediately washed when I arrived with no consultation while it was dry. Not much interest taken in asking how I wanted my hair. Was out the salon again within 25 mins. Shame as I’ve been before and not had this experience. Probably won’t be back.

Reece was absolutely brilliant, listened to what I was asking for, gave advice and answered my questions. Friendly, calm and professional throughout, I left feeling like I was on cloud nine. I couldn’t stop checking out my new hair in every window I walked past on the way home! Will definitely be back to see Reece.
