Blow Dry
Highlights: I asked for my hair to be brighter (not block) and expressed it was too golden. The hairdresser used only one colour of bleach that's gone almost white that is spaced out so you can still see my roots in between and the rest is still gold
Head massage: not sure what was meant to be luxury here. It was a poor massage that lasted all of about 15 secs
Cut: took less than 5 mins to give a very average cut - no layers (despite asking). My mum does better.
Terrible for a master stylist!

The cutting experience itself was very good and beautician was very friendly and had a very good skill!! However, the software to book my appointment was totally WRONG. I booked at 16:15 but someone, the salon's computer said it's 15:00. I hope this won't happen again.
