Extremely disappointed with the service. The treatment was not 45 minutes as advertised but more like 15-20 minutes in total, with the haircut only taking 5 minutes. The hairdresser kept disappearing and I had to wait around for long periods of time. When I told her there are still lots of split ends that haven't been trimmed, she told me that "unfortunately" she is finished with cutting the hair. I am absolutely shocked and disappointed.

Great place, can't fault the staff and haircut and Daniella was great and listened to exactly what I wanted. However they called me and asked me to come in 45 minutes earlier if possible due to a cancellation but then kept me sat there waiting for half an hour!? Very bizarre. Would not out me off from using them again though.
