Washed hair in an already dirty sink with hair colourant all over the sink. Head massage was lovely but really not overly pleased with finish. Blow dry wasn't what I expected. Too bouncy and not a natural finish I asked for. Ended up tieing my hair back as soon as I left. Should have showed a pic of required finish as may have been misinterpreted.

Michael was great and is super friendly and chatty. She knew exactly what I was asking for and gave me an awesome haircut. Have already booked to go back for my next cut. I would definatley recommend Michaela 😁
