The hair wash, cut and blow dry was nice, but the luxurious massage barely lasted 2 minutes( just pressed the head on either side, nothing luxurious!)

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Charlie made sure to cut exactly as I wanted and double checked before doing anything. Overall happy with the service, cut and blow dry. Left feeling good
