Nice and easy visit- no problems, saw me 10 minutes early and everyone was very friendly. I would have given it a 5/5 but I just wished my blow dry had been a little bouncier and a little more attention given to it. Having said that the haircut was fab and the stylist really listened to what I wanted so no complaints! Massage during hairwash was particularly great!
