There was a mix up with the booking system and they went out of their way to sort out the issue and make sure that I got my blow dry and didn't feel rushed at all - it was excellent.
Blow Dry
All the staff were really lovely and welcoming. Scarlett washed and cut my hair and she was so lovely and understood exactly what I wanted. She had some great recommendations for frizz treatment, and the head massage was divine! All safety protocols were followed, and I felt really safe and comfortable

Blow Dry
Not as good an experience as other salons I’ve visited in the same price range. Cut is alright but isn’t great and has washed up much much shorter than asked for. Blow dry was almost the opposite of what I had asked for.
