Asked for my hair to be straightened but it was just blow dried straight soon lost its shape

My appointment was great but when I arrived they did not have any details of my appointment. I had the paper that it was confirmed , and they took me but had no details from you.

There was a mix up with the booking system and they went out of their way to sort out the issue and make sure that I got my blow dry and didn't feel rushed at all - it was excellent.
