The receptionist was very polite and welcoming. However, the stylist spent less than 15 mins cutting my hair. I asked her to take the weight off the top and cut some more layers into it. I said I was growing out a bob and did not want too much if anything off the length. She cut loads off the length and thinned the bottom layers not the top. She cut the bob back into the style so I now have to spend months growing it out. My hair is even more top heavy than it was when I went in. Having quite curly hair she diffused it but instead of leaving my hair a little damp so it didn't frizz she left my hair wet. I sat down to have my hair washed at 1:50pm and left the salon at just before 2:15pm! My hair is shorter one side than the other and is uneven. I am shocked that a stylist who costs £39 could cut hair so badly. I have never experienced such a poor haircut

A lovely hair salon, although when I arrived they said I had only paid for a blow dry even though the Treatwell purchase was a wash/cut/blow dry.
The hairdresser still did a really good job and I would return.
