Luke was great had much more of and understanding of what I wanted and advised another type of colouring and my hair turned out perfect. He also does a wicked sharp bob which I am also in love with. Have already booked my next appointment! The ready of that staff are super friendly too. Really recommend :)

There was a mix up in my booking and I did not get a haircut. I had booked with Luke for 19:30 on Monday but got a call from Sasha at Treatwell to say he had been double-booked but I could go at 19:15 on Monday with Louis. When I arrived at Headmasters Twickenham, Louis wasn't there and my booking had been made for 19:15 Tuesday. I spoke to Emma at Treatwell who assured me I would get a full refund but I'm still waiting. Very irritating experience!
