Luke was very friendly and professional, took the time to have a consultation before treatment. The haircut was good, but not what I asked for. We spent a while talking about what I wanted, so it was a bit disappointing, but I didn't say anything at the time, so probably just as much my fault! It seemed there was far more emphasis on the blow-dry element of the treatment, which was good, but not something I would normally pay for.

The overall experience was very enjoyable! The stylist sat down and talked with me about what I wanted and I was very pleased with the end result!
