Firstly, I was told I booked an appointment with a ‘senior’ stylist but instead I had the most junior stylist. I’m so disappointed with my haircut. My hair wasn’t properly washed. The hair cut took two seconds honestly could have done the same job at home and the blow dry was below par too. I’m so disappointed. Will not be going again.

Hair done by Mia - she did a beautiful bouncy blow dry despite me having thick long hair which can be difficult to work with. She listened to what I wanted and was very attentive! Will be coming back!

Upon my arrival at the Salon , the receptionist was in a conversation and did not acknowledge my presence , I found that not very welcoming .
A dog was running back and forward, inside the Salon , not to my taste and for hygiene raison, not acceptable.
But Roxi, the hairdresser was excellent and professional.
