Had a great cut and colour from Lucy. Lovely salon, good treatment, and the whole team was great with a misunderstanding on timing :)

This was my fault for expecting something different from this place. I’m unfortunately just unable to complain when I’m in the store which I also take responsibility for - but I honestly can’t believe they were happy to let me leave the salon as I did. Bad cut. Bad colour. Worse style. And also managed to orchestrate it so that I had to pay even MORE money in there for something they had executed terribly. They’re con artists and poor hairdressers. I won’t be going back.

Stylist didn’t want to blow dry, only wanted to use curling tongs. Not good enough when you book a “blow dry” service.
