Rushed and impersonal. Usually headmasters is really good. I wonder if because it was booked late and it was the 22nd December it wasn’t the usual service.

I was really happy with my cut (a trim and blow out / straightening) and grateful for fitting me in at the last minute. Jade was lovely and offered some great hair care advice and kind words. Would recommend!
