My highlights were super patchy, big sections missed and not blended in to my existing highlights at all. The manager was very understanding about me not being happy with it and redid it for me a couple of days later rating it up for that

My appointment was 18 mins from when I entered, including a hair wash. I wouldn’t mind but my hair still feels like it has split ends, it was incredibly frizzy after a rough dry and generally was not the best experience. And all this for £71.
