Unfortunately I had a really disappointing experience. I didn’t receive the ten minute massage, which is the reason I went with headmasters. The stylist didn’t listen to my request and cut my hair way too short. I tried to explain politely when leaving that I didn’t receive the ten minute massage and they told me it wasn’t part of the cut, even though it’s explicitly advertised on treatwell. I rarely leave bad reviews but unfortunately this place left me with a sour taste in my mouth

I always love going to this salon. The head massage is so lovely and everyone is friendly.
They took into consideration my thick hair and gave me an extra 15 mins.
Great customer service.
I did leave with my hair a bit frizzy to had to go straight home and restyle it which I didn’t love. But the cut was good.
