I booked an appointment through Treatwell. Got a call 20mins before saying they were fully booked and asking whether I could come in on another day. I said no and asked for a refund. They said they couldn’t do anything and that I had to call Treatwell to get a refund as it was Treatwell’s mistake. I was very pissed off as I needed that appointment and everywhere else was closed then and I also had to go through the hassle of asking for my money back. I thought that was a very poor customer service as surely they are the face off to Treatwell and they had already got the money! I gave it a couple of days and asked them for another appointment on another day as I didnt want to go through the process with Treatwell. I liked the blow dry and the ambiance. My treatment said blow dry and luxury head massage, I didn’t get any massage apart from a 30s massage whilst my hair was being washed which many places do anyway and do not include it in the title of the treatment.
