Didn’t dye my hair the colour I asked for, we discussed that I wanted a darker colour and I showed several photos, I specifically asked whether it would be noticeably different and she said yes. However once we were drying my hair there was no obvious colour change and hairdresser said she didn’t want to go too dark when it was clear I wasn’t happy. I would rather have had a conversation if that was her plan and not wasted £100 on hair that now looks the same.
