Good experience overall With the service, I am happy how my highlights turned out, technician was very quick and professional. I did a £30 conditioning treatment which I am now very happy with as it is not worth the money, they leave it in for 5seconds. I expected a proper hair treatment for £30 and not a 5seconds conditioning. I asked if the salon has a spare iPhone charger and I was told that nobody has a smart phone charger, I really find it hard to believe that nobody had a spare charger. I would have appreciated more honest answer such as sorry, all chargers are in use or we don’t share our personal chargers with customers. Some cheaper places value customers more and provide spare iPhone chargers.

Good value for money booking through the app. Staff were welcoming & effective. Not very luxurious but you know what you are getting with Headmasters.
