As soon as I arrived I was welcome and the stylist advised on a cut as well as additional treatment that would help my hair

I went for the half head of highlights but the lady did a balayage on my and damaged my hair alot with bleach. My hair has been falling out ever since. Extremely unsatisfactory experience. Please be firm and ask for what you would like rather than always listening to hair stylist
