I usually always get a blunt trim with bangs. Pretty straightforward. However Hannah managed to leave one strand completely uncut, one side shorter than the other and the most uncomfortable haircut experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t appreciate being argued with when I could clearly see what was wrong with the cut, even if she didn’t. My hair is now much shorter than I would have liked due to the unevenness of it all. I also didn’t appreciate being rushed through in between clients. Thankfully George came to the rescue - he was lovely, had attention to detail, and really helped fix what was an extremely botched haircut before my holiday.
