Satisfactory overall. Not excactly what I asked and the salon looked busy so I think they didn’t give enough time to my balayage, toner etc to get the tone that I wanted. Was good experience though.

Appointment had to be moved a couple of times due to scheduling issues, but the appointment itself was great - haircut exactly as I'd asked, stylist was really friendly and made the whole thing a really relaxing experience. Really pleased with the end result, will definitely go again.
