My last visit was quite disappointing, my hairdresser told me that she had done a different cut because she thought it would suit me more. I have a pixie cut and just wanted exactly what I had had previously. I explained this to my (admittedly very nice) hairdresser and she said she could easily copy the style of my hair. we carried on for a while and then when she said my hair was finished it was nowhere near as short as I had wanted but she said she had chosen to do it differently. Not ideal. They then told me to leave it for an hour and see if I warmed to it which I didn't... then it was difficult to find a time for me to go back in to get it re-done. They were nice but didn't work for me as I had a specific idea of what I wanted.
