Very unpleasant experience: have been charged for an additional treatment when we previously agreed that I wouldn't. This is not correct. I wouldn't recommend this place or at least if you do go there make sure you agree on the price in writing beforehand.
Lucy always gives good advice and takes me toward what I want--for instance, when I wanted to go lighter, but it wouldn't be a good idea to go bleach crazy, she helped me choose the colour and lighten by stages; she's happy to trim but keep the length (unlike many hairdressers who are keen to chop!). Spot on hairdressing; friendly, welcoming, and comfy salon. Since I've found this salon, I'm not going anywhere else.
