Lucy always gives good advice and takes me toward what I want--for instance, when I wanted to go lighter, but it wouldn't be a good idea to go bleach crazy, she helped me choose the colour and lighten by stages; she's happy to trim but keep the length (unlike many hairdressers who are keen to chop!). Spot on hairdressing; friendly, welcoming, and comfy salon. Since I've found this salon, I'm not going anywhere else.
