My touch-up balayage was good, I got what I wanted but have noticed some missed splotches halfway down my hair. It was the cut that was the issue, I asked for a very specific sort of fringe and got an extremely uneven framing with longer sections closer to my face than further away that I am having to go get fixed elsewhere. I usually go to big chain hair salons but wanted to save some money and go locally but will not do so again.

I had a great experience with Vittorio. The salon felt very COVID safe and it did not compromise the quality of the experience. Vittorio took the time to listen to what I wanted to get from my cut and blow dry, and he styled it perfectly. I’ve tried so many places and this is the first one in a long time that had a great service, haircut and styling. Thank you!
