There are not enough words to describe Elizabeth! It’s scary territory when you’re researching and trying to find a new salon, but I literally can’t praise HeadQuarterz and Elizabeth enough. She is a class above - incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and genuine. She took the time to discuss my cut and share her advice. I am over the moon and had the best experience. Without a doubt my new permanent salon and artist in London. Thank you thank you!

Really nice balayage experience, Elizabeth is very knowledgable and explains each step. The hair salon is well set regarding COVID Safety measures and I felt safe! Will definitely come back:)
