I had a such lovely experience at this place , Cleo always friendly, really proficional , she did give me advise how to treat my hair, she really did care about how I wanted my hair. I felt really welcoming , Thank you to the all team I will be back soon for sure !

The woman that appeared to cut my hair was a completely different woman to who was on the website, she spoke no English! And I truly believe she was not a hairdresser! She kept manhandling me very rude and had clearly never cut hair in her life.
