Cleo did a fantastic job of my balayage! I’m not one to get my hair done too often and was a bit nervous but Cleo made sure to reassure me throughout and kept checking in to make sure it was exactly what I Envisioned. Further to this all staff at Headquarterz were super friendly and welcoming making the whole experience very enjoyable! Thanks Cleo and team!

The woman that appeared to cut my hair was a completely different woman to who was on the website, she spoke no English! And I truly believe she was not a hairdresser! She kept manhandling me very rude and had clearly never cut hair in her life.
