I have always been blonde and never indicated that I wanted to go darker. The stylist told me he would give me a slightly darker tone, which I thought meant a darker blonde or a honey colour, instead he put brown highlights in my hair. It is awful, I have spent so much money getting my hair to the right blonde that I love. I left the hair dressers absolutely miserable and I’m so unhappy with my hair. He didn’t show me the colour before he put it on, didn’t consult with me that it would be that dark. Do not use Wallace, he’s awful.
