Haircut was a bit pricey for what it was, and they rang me up a quarter of an hour before my appointment to ask to reschedule without an apology. Staff were lovely however upon arrival and they did follow what I asked for unlike some hairdressers who push their own idea onto you. However, I didn't feel very comfortable at times but this may have just been me.
