5 stars aren’t enough for Elizabeth and the team at HeadQuarterz. Not only is the atmosphere totally relaxed and fresh, but Elizabeth provides an experience that is so much more than a haircut. Huge thank you for taking the time to chat about my ideas, your meticulous attention to detail and genuine attention. Elizabeth’s skill as an artist is unparalleled; her understanding of colour and shape, her commitment to her client’s vision bur also her honesty about what will work best. I won’t go anywhere else in London!

Staff were lovely but unfortunately balayage came out really patchy and brassy. Also was charged extra when got to the salon so the treatwell price isn’t accurate (this was on top of the extra toner price). Just really disappointed and won’t be back - keeping my hair tied back until the patchy bits grow out as can’t bear to spend another hour in a salon!! £250 and 6 hours absolutely wasted.
