I went here some months ago, so perhaps staffing has changed since. I went on a friend's recommendation but left very disappointed. I have had a lot of bad haircuts in my past so am wary of a new hairdresser. He made me feel uncomfortable about being so particular about my hair, and gave me the impression that I was being very difficult. If I am paying for this service and am polite then of course I am entitled to want some specific.
I have since found a much better stylist in the Clapham area who I went to after my haircut at HeadQuarterz. My new stylist commented on what a poor job the previous stylist had done (that stylist being who I saw at HeadQuarterz).
I would not recommend HQ to anyone I know due to the poor customer service and bad haircut I received.

This was my first visit to the salon and I'd highly recommend it. Bustling, friendly and welcoming. Vitorio knew exactly what he was doing and did a great job of my longish pixie cut.
