The staff were very friendly and loved the service. Very happy with the colour. The only downfall was the price - I had paid £70 for my roots and then they asked for an added £25 for the trim which I hadn't been informed of. Luckily I didn't have to pay this having pointed out that I was not informed, but I still feel it's very expensive. Can't knock the service though!

I missed my appointment slot due to transport delays but Vittorio kindly agreed to do my cut and blowdry. He was great - really friendly, gave great hair advice and a lovely cut. He really knows his stuff. I was really pleased and would definitely recommend him.
