£ 125 for the worst colour job I've ever had in 26 years of constant hair colouring. I went in a brunette and came out an ugly tortoise shell. It took 5.5 hours - which, after telling them I had to leave for abroad the following day, ate into very valuable time, I was not impressed. This would not be so bad if it looked great, but the result is terrible - it's all patchy, bleached and strange. I thought that it would be better seeing as I showed them a picture of the outcome I wanted, for which I was rewarded with an arrogant - 'yes yes, I'm already 2 pages ahead of you dear'... I should have run away when I saw the bad colour job the apprentice was allowed to inflict on another client.
The staff then ignored my presence when they started bickering and then bitching about each other.
The hair washing basins have good seats, but your legs and feet stick out into the path of pretty much everyone, so it's not really a relaxing experience.
I would never ever go back to this salon, and would only recommend it to someone I loathed.
Hair Colouring
Had an appointment for blow dry with Elsa.She was excellent - very thorough and extremely professional. the blow dry lasted for days. Staff very solicitous---- and the reclining seating in the 'shampoo area' were fantastic.
