THe head massage is great, and the products that they use are very nice and smell amazing! :)
Ladies' Haircuts
Excellent salon, very friendly and skilled hairdressers. My cut and blow dry was great. The salon is very welcoming and Vitorrio is wonderful! Would highly recommend.
Great haircut and blow dry at Headquartez. I booked the wrong appointment and rang up the day before to change and they were very accommodating even at short notice. The massage chair and head massage during the hair wash was a nice surprise!
Blow Dry
The staff were all very polite but the woman who did my hair was another example of hairdressers who aren't used to blonde/fine hair; I said repeatedly (and politely!) that if you do a curly blow dry on a pasty white girl's hair, you have to make the curls tight or they will drop straight away. Literally 10 mins after stepping outside my hair looked like I'd just rolled out of bed. Really annoyed, I had a special occasion that day and knew for a fact there was no way this girl could fix my hair on time so I just said thanks, bye and didn't leave a tip (for one of the first times in my adult life). It was just so crap. My little sister could have done a way better job and she's a teenager with no hairdressing experience, just a bit of common sense!!! The man who was obviously running the place tried to tell her that clipping the curls after blowdrying might work on South American hair cos it's thick, but it wasnt likely to work on white hair and she basically just ignored him. I definitely won't be going back; I don't think places like this should feature on a website which promotes itself as selling a luxury product.
Blow Dry
Quite a good cut but I did feel they were rushing to get me in and out in the 45 mins. Lovely head massage though!
