Friendly staff and very welcoming.
1. Hair wash was fantastic - Excellent head massage!!!, Also chair also massaged my back....Awesome!!!
2. Blow drying was average.
3. Straightening was okay. Hairdresser did not ask what hair style I wanted.
4. Eye brow threading was good.
5. Not sure if I would go back to this hairdresser....Maybe!!!
My hairdresser was great - forgotten his name, but a very chilled bloke from new zealand. Listened to what I wanted, was polite and knew what he was talking about.
Only negative point would be that the person washing my hair was not as fantastic at customer service as the rest of the staff - didn't ask if the temperature was ok, didn't tell me what she was doing etc. But maybe I'm just a bit neurotic!

Won't be going back! I waited for over 20 minutes to be acknowledge or have a consultation despite it being only 9:30am. They didn't use a colour book for my consultation; I asked for a warm brown and what I got was a very, very dark brown! My hairdresser was friendly and the cut looked fine but took ages - my cut would usually take less than half an hour but it took more like 45-60 minutes. Not good value for money as the cut was still nearly £100 and I was disappointed with the colour.
Ladies' Haircuts
Love friendly staff. Completely empty though so no atmosphere. Has full head of highlights which are quite well done. Might go back.
