I had a cut, wash and blow dry at Head Quaterz. Despite being under staffed, they were courteous and friendly. I felt valued and the haircut itself was excellent. I will go back.

The haircut was actually great. But I wasn't told that I was going to be charged £11 extra for the blow drying till I got to the till to pay - felt a bit cheated.

Elsa did a lovely job cutting my hair - she listened carefully to my requirements (which were quite particular!) and was very friendly and chatty throughout my cut. I also got some good advice on products to use, without the pressure to buy any of them.
