The staff are friendly enough however as one of the more expensive blow drys in clapham it was not great. The wash was very quick with one of the shortest head massages Iv had. I paid extra to have hot irons but didn't get any. Asked for loose waves and got straight hair to below the ears with large ringlets ears down.. After asking if I could have them straightened a bit as I felt uncomfortable, I was told no- they would drop out.. Felt a bit silly walking out of the salon- tied my hair back straight away.
