Charlotte put me at ease straight away - I'm a slightly nervous hair cut getter with my curly hair - but I needn't have worried. She gave me a really great cut; I shall be back! :)

Lovely atmosphere. Relaxed. Down to earth. No pushy sales techniques. Charlotte showed interest, shared tips and tricks for doing my hair. Talked me through everything and confirmed everything before doing it. All in all just a great experience :)

Joe was absolutely lovely and sorted my hair out as it had been left to fend for itself for a while! Really great cut and chat and the salon is very clean too, made sure everyone was wearing masks!

I have always been so nervous about having my hair cut because I have curly hair. When I arrived at the salon I spoke with Jacob before we even started on my hair and he made me feel at total ease, he knew exactly what he was taking about and throughout the whole process gave me so many tips and tricks on how to handle my natural curly hair. It has a gorgeous colour and a beautiful shape. I feel like heads high really cater above and beyond and each client is an individual and gets 100%!
