It was like interrupting a teenager getting ready for a night out turning up to this salon! I had booked my appointment on the day with only a couple of hours to spare, through the app, on arrival found both stylists mid-hair treatment with dye all over. I found myself apologising for coming. They were obviously in a rush to finish early and I was in the way though it was only about 2.30, it was so stressful, having my hair washed very roughly, as was more concerned about her own partially finished head. They were cleaning up around me sweeping others hair clippings from under my feet whilst mid-cut. I was glad to leave and found once home one side of my hair shorter than the other!! Though I have visited before I will never return. I pity the owner who seemed a nice lady, she was absent whilst this was going on.
First time at the salon and was initially surprised how quiet it was. Sarah was chatty and listened to what I wanted. Good cut which still held the shape the next day and after I washed and dried it. Salon in need of a facelift I guess and it doesn’t accept card payments which is a pain. But would go back as I liked the finished look, and good value
Staff are really lovely and friendly. I enjoyed my visit as the colour and cut are really good but I felt during the brushing of my hair and washing it that it was going to be ripped out.. it really hurt and I did squint, grunt and say ow!
I was also left with large patches of very dark hair dye on my forehead. Disappointed that there was no card machine or option to bank transfer so i had to walk to a cash machine qith the dye stains on my head.
