Would definitely recommend, the staff were friendly and listened to what I wanted
I found the initial consultation quite stressful as the stylist spoke using quite a lot of jargon, which I did find confusing even though I have had this treatment before. I would prefer just to say what colour/ shade I want my hair and leave all the technicalities to them. The stylist was quite distracted and failed to mix enough dye. she had to mix more a total of four times which I found to be a bit much. I only have shoulder length hair, not very thick so would expect her to know how much she needed. The colour turned out really well and the cut/style were done well and as I wanted, for a good price Thank you :)
It was all ok, this was the first time I had a haircut in Leeds, moved from North London, and I am absolutely satisfied with the result. Sarah, the hairdresser was very nice and quick. I am sure to return.
