I loved everything about it - she was so knowledgeable about my lashes and understood exactly what I wanted. I, being a first timer, was a bit worried when an eyelash fell out (totally normal!) and she replied to my text within minutes and arranged an appointment within the hour for me to come and talk to her about everything that I needed and even gave me extra extensions all for free. Couldn’t rate her higher; absolutely loved everything!
