I was really disappointed. I went expecting an aromatherapy massage but it was very painful and not at all relaxing. Some of it felt more like a physio appointment than a massage. Covid precautions were not there at all

Alex is so friendly and kind! I’ve had lashes done by lots of places but hers have lasted longer than any others by far! Her massage was also incredible and I left feeling so relaxed

I didn't meet Alexandra, unless I have remembered the name wrong... The main CACI facial was very lovely indeed, and the effects are great. The pad part of the CACI didn't work properly except for one burst at which point I was offered an alternate treatment o be safe. This was a vitamin mask which was very nice indeed.
