I arrived for my appointment ten minutes early so wasn't expecting to be seen straight away; however appointment did start ten minutes late. Alex (the therapist) was very apologetic as her last appointment had overrun and she did a superb job on my lashes. The reception from the salon itself could not have been more frosty. I had to "interrupt" a hair appointment to find out where I was supposed to go (just down the stairs) - I was sent to the treatment rooms - not told to wait, not told who I was seeing, not even acknowledged. I had to go back up the stairs to ask what the hold up was an was told to "knock on the treatment room door". If I was a regular customer I would have known this but as a first time visitor I had no idea and the salon staff were just rude to be honest. I'm unlikely to return which is a pity because Alex is great.

I had a full set of eyelash extensions with Alex yesterday and absolutely love them! I've tried a few places in London and this is by far the best for value/ quality, I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks Alex!

No the fanciest of places, but Alex gave the best facial and lovely massages all the way through. I've been to a lot of facials, and she rates as great. Place isn't fancy, so don't go there for anything but the facial. It's good!
