It was fantastic! Candice was very friendly and welcoming. She explained exactly what would happen during my massage, and that I could ask her to change the pressure at any time. I felt incredible relaxed and she got into some knots in my shoulders and really soothed aches I had stemming from my lower back. Will be going back very soon and also recommending friends.

Apparently the hot stone machine had just broken down, so I couldn't have the hot stone massage I orginally booked. That was quite disappointing as I had been really looking forward to that. I had a deep tissue massage instead. The therapist Candice was extremely friendly and professional, as she always is. The location at a Belsize Park Fitness studio complex was good as well. So overall, I still had a good experience.
