Had a gym competition (closely resembling crossfit) Desperately in need of a massage the next day as my back had ceased up The massage helped increase my mobility and he highlighted that there was a lot of inflammation on my back from the competition so he did not want to apply too much pressure. But enough pressure was added to help soften the muscles and remove knots. Also my first time using a male masseuse so I was apprehensive but he was very welcoming and I felt very comfortable!
