always amazing
Unfortunately I had to cancel my 12pm last Friday for the Beauty Experience at The Circle Spa at the cost of £135 which I had paid in advance having booked via e-voucher 1 month ago. I called to postpone at 11.15 am on the same day and although I do appreciate that it was was very short notice but it was an emergency. I had to go to Heathrow airport and pick up my parents at the airport. My father was seriously ill whilst on holiday and had suffered a heart attack. My brother was due to collect them but he was delayed. I originally spoke to Vicky the spa manager and explained the situation.I asked if I could reschedule I was advised that I could not reschedule or cancel the appointment as it was too short notice and despite the circumstances there would be no exceptions or discretion around the strict terms and conditions. When I eventually spoke to the owner Lisa Whisken- Moore. I did explain the situation and she was flippant and aggressive and told me that I should get off the phone and get to the airport instead of wasting her time. She explained that from her "business point of view" it was not viable to offer a rescheduled appointment as requested and then hung up on me! This was appalling behaviour from both women,uncalled for, completely unprofessional and unreasonable. I was really stunned by their rudeness and indifference. Both talked over me and did not even let me finish my sentences. It is clear that Circle Spa attach no importance to customer service or customer experience especially if they have received payment in advance. I am really disappointed in this way this was handled . Beware Treatwell customers aware of this unacceptable treatment and rude staff! I did contact Treatwell Customer Services and Marcus looked into it however he was unable to help .The Circle Spa management still refused to refund or reschedule the appointment.
Really good ambience and service. They have the most extensive selection of colors i have ever seen plus the shellac really last (3 weeks at least). Good value for money. Will come back.
Great shellac manicure and friendly service, would recommend this salon.
