Ladies' Waxing
The spa treatment I had was absolutely amazing, I can't fault it! I had a Thermal Back Massage and the lady who did it was extremely nice and polite as well as a great professional! I just think the spa could have been better at serving customers. I felt like I was disrupting their day as I had to ask for a robe and a towel. No-one showed us the facilities so we needed to work things out ourselves. I am only comparing it to other spas I've been to that offered a better service.
Body Treatments
Lovely facial with Kelly. Real attention to detail and great advice also. She was very experienced and this overall gave me a great facial. Will definitely be back.
