Great place and friendly service. My only niggle was the beautician at times struggled to remove the hot wax strip, but got it cleanly by the end! Will return.

Ladies' Waxing
The spa treatment I had was absolutely amazing, I can't fault it! I had a Thermal Back Massage and the lady who did it was extremely nice and polite as well as a great professional! I just think the spa could have been better at serving customers. I felt like I was disrupting their day as I had to ask for a robe and a towel. No-one showed us the facilities so we needed to work things out ourselves. I am only comparing it to other spas I've been to that offered a better service.
