Always a pleasant and relaxing experience. Staff really friendly, but also very discreet. Absolutely painless, to the point that I can enjoy a little nap. Always look forward to having my eyelashes done. They look great and last well.

I had booked a treatment first thing on a weekend so the girl doing it rushed in right at 10am. It was a bit weird as I got my nails done in the corner of a cafe area rather than in a more private treatment area. It's been about a week and my nails have stayed more or less intact.

Had a very nice experience here having my first man-facial. Vicky who served me was very welcoming, and kept me well-informed on the process (I had no idea what to expect). She cleansed my face with some beauty bits and steamed it - I have oily skin so she spent a lot of time extracting then put some nice stuff on afterwards - my face feels so different! It's crazy but I can see the difference after a few days. I have seen the light and will be having a facial once a month! Now to convince my man-mates...
